These are the help pages for the Microarray-to-Phylogeny Pipeline system, developed and
written by me, Rob Davey, as part of my BioInformatics PhD at
the John Innes Centre in Norwich, UK. This
project was funded by the BBSRC, and was carried out in collaboration with the
Institute of Food Research and the
University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK.
MPP aims to provide a pathway from raw Comparative Genomic Hybridisation (CGH) microarray
data to phylogeny, by means of predicting gene content information for that data.
Written entirely in the Java programming language,
