The GMV Tool was developed in four separate parts. These four layers are the GUI, Semantic, Behavior and Data Acquisition layers, and they are all available in six separate packages that can downloaded from this page separately or together as the GMV Tool. Since each layer is separate they can be reused in different applications. For example the CircleEngine package has been used to developed a simple Plasmid Drawing Tool.
